There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

This company is my first ,and i am thankful to have such a company to start my career because this company allows you to participates in all kind of work if you are interested.Its also allows you to solve problem on your way if not possible then they helps you for being grate decision maker. During my work i travel south as well as north India for attending customer complaints and definitely this experience means lot to me,i learn so many thinks . Thanks.

Management did. Not understand legal dept of import export and they are showing they will manage to import. Export

Salary said its very less import export and all they have setup which is not acceptable, also very less salary

You will get lot off opportunity's in your carrier while working with SSPL. They will gave you full freedom during work. You will get unexpected appraisal if you are doing well even that much of hike you will not get in IT. If you are fresher or at beginning stage of your career then you will not get better company then Speciality Sintered. If you are in product development or in Program Management you will get exposure with almost all Automotive OEM..

Work life balance is not that much good. You have to work beyond limits. But it's not happens every day but it will definitely happens once or twice in a month. And without any excuses you have to complete the work.. corporate policies are good but Plant HR department is worst department in the group. You have to communicate and take help from Corporate team every time.. Hr team not having value of the employees. 90% of the employees who are left from the company are only because of HR department.. All other top management, Managers, and other employees are very supportive..

Company culture not good, company will be grow but employees not grow(salary), salary satisfaction poor, Cantin facility poor, travelling buses not available
