Salary only provided to staff working for more than 20years that also on favourable basis.close to higher management.Even asked to leave the job during lockdown

...on and your boss's interest , A weak management system which works partially , It's franchise units are worst in paying the staff their salary and other benefits , Less opportunities to grow until and unless you're a ball of its management

Management is quick in response. Growth is there , Flexibility on duty, no unnecessary pressure. If any one wants to learn ,he can learn many things.

...k life balance is very poor . Almost all time on . As per salary job will be 3X. Salary is low. In every small compliance management started shaking the top level .

The job is secure and free to implement the ideas, experiment innovation. Only the owner is lazy to give incentives but the salary is perfectly in time. Happy to be with but everyone needs to move as a career growth or further challenges.

Less to say about but the career growth is very slow as the improvement is shown still.
