I have been with Spearhead for over 2 years and have had an amazing experience with the people, organization and the line of work I have been given exposure to. The people are warm and friendly, the process is smooth with it's operations and it is a great work life balance. A great place to work at and great people to work with.

I've joined Spearhead Technology as a Finance Intern in the month of April. I got placed as an Intern in this organization through campus placements. This internship is a paid internship. I was worried as i had no prior work experience but the team was very welcoming and approachable for all kinds of queries/doubts. Fortunately as it was FY ending i had the opportunity to learn a lot. I also had the opportunity to work briefly work in other departments which gave me the exposure into different softwares and an insight of how businesses run, negotiations happen and etc. This helped me understand different career options i can explore being an MBA student. The team was kind enough to guide and explain me about the same.

The learning curve and my experience at Spearhead Technology was very enriching and full of learning. The company culture is very good. The CEO, HR Associate Director and the team are very helpful and are always open to hearing feedbacks and suggestions. They give internship completion certificate/letter without paying anything in return to the company.
