Company is very small, salary did not pay on time. No leave allow in hr policy. It you want 1 leave then deduct your salary. No likely behaviour from all of staff and director

There isn't good work environment they use to abused to the employees, there also doesn't care about human safety, Accidents happen here everyday

Dislikes

No work environment and there isn't working process like PDCA, 5'S, Work Instructions, TPM, PPM, 7QC Tool, SQM, QMS, OHSAS, Etc

Worst place to work. It's better to work in vegetables shop than SPC.

Dislikes
