SALARY BASED ON INCENTIVE ONLY 5K IS FIXED MY 2 DAYS WASTE. BUT SIR AND STAFF ATTITUDE IS VERY GOOD HE IS CLEAR EACH AND EVERYthing I LEARN ALOT WITH SIR SPEECH AND PERSONALTY. YA FOR LONG TIME YOU ARE WITH THE COMPANY YOU ARE MAKE PERFET PERSON.

Pay grade is very less. Work-Life balance is terrible. Leaders and managers always lie. As compared to other managers of appco, Spartan's manager is weak.

One of the biggest fraud company in Nagpur. They avoid salary discussion during interview bcoz they know no one will join them bcoz it is completely incentive based job. Working at Spartan is my biggest mistake.

Dislikes

Fake company fake people and fake owner. They are making team of professional robbers who will take out money from innocent people out their in name of under preveledge people. It was my mistake but don't you fall pray to them .

Very worst company.Managing director does not have a knowledge of what is online,offline And so the other people are.Telecallers have no knowledge and convincing capability and when they fail to convince the donor the litteraly beg for the donation.They dont give respect the doner once donation is given when called for the details of donation they scold.I appeal to the donor when they got a call from this company just reject.Fraud company.
