Personal growth of consultants is not appreciated If you start doing well and you are on variable pay then they will make sure that you don't by diverting patient to consultants on fixed pay. you will have to work with inefficient staff in Theater so you will take more time to complete a surgery

Good work environment and culture.teammets and all staffs all good.They give good salary and bonus per six months.Am so happy there when i worked here.

I left the job at Sparsh hospital .But it's a great place to work. Supportive employees and good work culture balance Covid brought about changes to the demand of work.

The hospital has been in the healthcare space for 15 years and still doesn't have a structure, lacks professionalism, has no culture. The HR head is not professional, lacks interpersonal skills, lacks team dynamics handling, highly ego centric and is only bothered about the work getting done. Please do not join this hospital.

If you want to do something good for hospital you are always accepted. Dr Priyabrata Dhir (CMD) is a very helpful person.

Shortage of space in hospital. Service is very good. Most of the VIP Pt.are comming for treatment. Familiar treatment are giving to the patient.
