The company tries to bond the employee in many cases. There are so many restrictions regarding using mobile phones during work hours, that means that you would have to completely forget about any of your emergency calls coming from your family or friend. The employee would feel like he/she has taken admission in a school. For an employee living alone and working in sparrc, its very difficult to do important tasks for himself without the phone. The company is not at all technology friendly in such a fast pace life. Despite of having free time and available gym, an employee cannot use it. Also they demand 9hours of work from employee whereas the senior staff only work for 8 hours.
