Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

The pay rate is extremely poor. The per hour rate is 250₹ an hour on average while they charge ₹15000 per student. Extremely unfair wage balance considering the teachers are doing the work.

this school dont give any fixed salary to music candidates who join as a freelancer the hr dept is very corrupted they want that music candidates will give their clients free demo sessions for 30 mins and if the clients like it then will take regulr classes why should this thing happen? we invested a lot in gettg degree and learning the skills and techniques in our times its not free why should we music candidates will follw terms and conditions of scuch company which needs demo sesson for free their hr department accon department etc all will get fixed salary then why the compan dont provide fixed salary we need freelnace jobs with fixed salary be the demo sessins were free or not we need fixed salary in freeance jobs or else paid demo sessions
