They are just exploiting people, salary paid in 3 to 5 month, no incentive and increment, loss in earning dollar vs INR you need to convert Naira to Dollar by paying premium price, Management don't settle the payment on time, it's a family business not ethical and professional approach.

This company is controlled by a South indians , so please understand...the owners are blind to the fact, tremendous looting and corruption is there, all facilities are only for south indians only, only they can have good prospect here, they are the ones rating 5 this company 5 other wise not even worth of 1 star

HR has no say , owner is blind with MD , even steps over his children for south indians, from middle management to senior mgt they need to flush out the of thecompany ,then only company will grow easily, experienced people do not stay long with this company

The Company was open to adapt technology but decision making skills were delaying for the implementation. My colleagues come from different cultural background & there was a good understanding & bonding.

Dislikes

Delayed decision making & too much of time spent in lectures & corporate meetings. Frequent diversion of Topics from the core agenda of meeting. Slow growth & delayed Appraisals
