It's a great place to work, we can learn multiple things, learning scope is very good. It's a non-regulated company, management gives a lot of chances.

Dislikes

Any department in the company is managed by management, and they micro-manage a lott, which hinders everything and causes many discrepancies, yeah they even sort some things in process but it demotivates a employee, and even after working for years if management has a bad opinion on you, one sudden day they might fire you on spot. Don't expect promotions.

Likes

Management encourage for experienced persons to take overall responsibility in their respective work segments. This helps to learn more and share knowledge with other colleagues.

The company management is incapable to keep promise to given to Employee. I went to Overseas with my Expenses, before they have promoise to give, but later on receive of Order Spansules management refuses to pay Conveyance Charges. No Employee facility, security. Lost my self respect & self experience while worked in Spansules. Worst company in my career I worked.

Dislikes

No Co-operation, nothing to learn everything is hidden. Cannot learn anything in SPANSULES.
