Good work environment and supportive, They give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't addressed our issues. Company policies are bad, if any employee resigned, their fnf processed very delay & leave Encashments are not processed without followuping 4 months to one year.

I worked in spandana 5.8 years but my salary with variable 3.2 lak per anum in my side give small suggestion for management please think about old employees for salaries hike so many employees completed in spandana 4 or 5 years but salaries 3 to 3.5 lak per anum they didn't get any holes and pramotion for that senior employees in freshers giving 3 laks above in that freshers don't have any experience but giving salaries 3 lakhs above what is the difference about experienced employees and freshers both are getting same salaries I am requesting think about senior employees

Only Job security. Bad projects and no future prospects after working here, so they are looking for manual workers.

No hike, politics, unprofessional behaviour, difficult getting leaves, expected to stay late and work after officr hours

Little bit of job security as people with good knowledge and work ex leave after seeing the condition of work. They need people to stay to get the work done.

Dislikes

Primitive technology, no interest to adapt new technologies, terrible salary hike, management is only money & power hungry. Overworked people. They only take people who are desperate for jobs and make them work 24*7
