I worked in spandana 5.8 years but my salary with variable 3.2 lak per anum in my side give small suggestion for management please think about old employees for salaries hike so many employees completed in spandana 4 or 5 years but salaries 3 to 3.5 lak per anum they didn't get any holes and pramotion for that senior employees in freshers giving 3 laks above in that freshers don't have any experience but giving salaries 3 lakhs above what is the difference about experienced employees and freshers both are getting same salaries I am requesting think about senior employees

Only salary and increments are good

Dislikes

Strict timings, managers are not bothered about skill development of team members. Favouritism is huge. Management team is fully biased towards their own people. Hirings are happening from one part of areas.

Joined the company by Feb 2020 and after a month the company asked me to come for an review and gave me a room for stay. When the lockdown was implemented they cancelled my room and asked to take care of my stay on my own. They never helped me during the crisis. But all they need from a employee is 100% recovery and they don't pay on time.

Dislikes

...as work starts by 6 am in the morning and extends to 10 pm approx. in the night. The CTC is huge but the salary is deducted using silly reasons and we get only less in hand.

Average salary and less leaves with over time working and no respect from the employees.
