Joined the company by Feb 2020 and after a month the company asked me to come for an review and gave me a room for stay. When the lockdown was implemented they cancelled my room and asked to take care of my stay on my own. They never helped me during the crisis. But all they need from a employee is 100% recovery and they don't pay on time.

...as work starts by 6 am in the morning and extends to 10 pm approx. in the night. The CTC is huge but the salary is deducted using silly reasons and we get only less in hand.

Spandana having ample of growth opportunities and placing nearby your home town. Salary is ok.

Spandana don't have work life balance. They have poor travel policy and salary not comes on time if you are above than BM.

Teammates was very experienced and cooperatives.I had started my career here and getting very good experience here with lot of promotions.

Only Job security. Bad projects and no future prospects after working here, so they are looking for manual workers.

No hike, politics, unprofessional behaviour, difficult getting leaves, expected to stay late and work after officr hours

If you hate your family join spandana sphoorty, No family No week off, only begging infornt of borrowers houses. You can enjoy 24/7 beeging shiftm.... Very wonderfull to work with senior management ... They treat you like a begger infornt of temple... One and only worst never ever after company...

They give you salary like throwing biscuits to dog that too half biscuit....
