There is nothing to like about Span Infotech (now "Evry India"). No learning in this company. Poor process. They will hire you for your skill and as you will join company they will give you L1 kind of tasks that also different from your profile. The only good thing is Work-Life balance because they don't have any quality work.

...areer Growth: There is no career growth here. Infact your career will go down. Salary/Appraisal: Salary is ok here. Appraisal depends on how you maintain your relation with manager. If you can be his SPY you will get good appraisal. And its will all the managers in this company. Exceptions are always there. Politics: Too much politics. Learning, Work Environment, Innovation: NO learning. Work environment is ok. Innovation - I didn't knew that word exists in this company LOL. PLS DON'T JOIN. that's what i can say.

Company culture was good at the time I worked there (back in 2012) Orientation for new joiners was well thought out, and good training was provided.

Salaries weren't good at all. Appraisal was negligible.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the Norway.

I started my carrer as fresher and its a gud start in corporate. But if you joined as a exp then you will get some more oppurtunities.

Dislikes

Management hired some employee in there known which effect in company growth and that was seen in 2015 end when company collapse
