Useless and hopeless company.The ladies in the management just hire people with no knowledge or with no goals in mind whatsoever or with trial and error method. They hire you and tell you within some days to leave without any documentation or for no reasons. Seems like Family run warehouse type establishment with no processes in place. Bad treatment with focus only on monitoring people.

It's my 1st job in the company. The manager is very supportive and willing to help the sales team for pushing the limits. Owner base company with grate infrastructure and facilities.

The management team is highly supportive and encourages professional growth. They provide ample training and resources to ensure that the quality standards met and exceeded.

The lack of communication and collaboration with other departments truly give a bad mark to the work, the company and the team should focus on it

Was a good and knowledgeable experience, Got to learn a lot, the seniors are really great they helped me to gain the more knowledge to learn about accounting.

Nice place to start a career, especially in sales. If you are an aspiring sales engineer then Span is one of the good options. They have good process and training. Get an opportunity to travel & learn.
