Nothing is going good about working at Spacewood company.

...ient is drastically exhausted & is forced to file a complaint against spacewood. Work load is too much high, salary provided is very less than the work worth. MD tries to manipulate employee if they want to leave due to low salary. Nothing is good about Spacewood.

Product is good. Policies are good for people who are for longer times...other suffers

It's about many thing ....the hire and fire people and spoil their career. They don't pay the dues for many people . Higher management is biased and don't listen any appeal

1) learn some thing new 2) different type of furniture design 3) Different type of hardware etc

...d daily extra time work without pay 3) Leave sanction is very insulting program 4) no bonus if your salary is only 16K 5) life and work life is in possible there 6) your are full loaded you have to do extra time work but seniors watching cricket match daily on work station.

Having a big name in furniture market, top management and office management is good with their work culture, worker is all behave like family members, timely salary. And having good experience in manufacturing and technology.

Dislikes

...hopeless, if you went to your job on time, but you don't have time to come home. If you are new then also there hope is too much from you, because they paid you a salary. The top management of shop floor is totally hopeless and their behaviour for there downline is using bad words and threat them for job termination. No time limit to go home. Very bad experience of shop floor. The Maintenance person handling now a production from 10 years.

Best way to learn about how mass manufacturing unit works.. you get all the knowledge about product making and selling too

its a great learning environment and you get notch of everything..but sometimes its low pay for some of the guyz
