Salaries are not credited on time, project deliveries are consistently delayed, and there are issues with vendor payments. Additionally, I am unsure of our company’s milestones since there is a lack of transparency with clients.

I am extremely disappointed with Spacedraft india pvt Ltd's handling of my Full and Final (F&F) payment. Despite fulfilling my responsibilities and leaving the company with all required formalities completed, they have failed to clear my last two months' salary and F&F dues for the past 206 days (30 weeks) . This delay has caused significant financial and personal stress. I have made several attempts to contact HR and the finance department, but to no avail. The lack of professionalism and transparency in handling employees' payments is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to consider this issue before joining or dealing with the company.

If government provide a leave they request the employe to come office ...no one sustain in office more 2 or 3 & you just try it but It will waste time
