Salary is very big issue in the company. They always delay sometime it get delayed for like 3 month

It is a great organisation to work with. Now I am working as an general manager in Astroport India - a disruptive Astronomy and Space Science tourism destination. The organisation has helped me each and every sphere of my life personally and professionally by providing support to balance my work life and personal life together.

Positives: *Learn a lot of things like handling pressure, delivering content with confidence, striking interesting conversation with different sort of audiences.Good for personal growth. *Learn astronomy during training. *Freedom on your end how creative you can be while conducting your event and you can put any amount of effort. *Good coworkers. *Great exposure-You will be working at several events-national/ international/local. *Employees are expected to work beyond their designation.It's your call to take it in 'learning sense' or 'doing other person's work' sense. Negatives: *Policies can change overnight. As employee you don't have a a say. *Late dispatch of salaries. Like really really late. *Don't really care that their underpaid employees have financial responsibilities too. *Can change your location of work overnight. You may have to travel over 30-50 km one sided. *You may be working (like permanent employer) while on training period. It is up to you how to balance training and work. This way you end up working 14-15 hours per day. *You may work your heart out and someone else could get the credits. This could happen. *No growth. Do not expect appraisals. * Read the bonds very carefully. HR might hand you over such important papers during last minutes. But please take you time to go through it and do not just sign. *New employees do not get any pf benefits.
