It’s excellent company and seniors provide guidance too if employee is good. I had worked with Owner of the company, I will say “She made my career” I have her handwritten paper where she teach me how to do project tracking of each activity. So I always thankful to her & the company.

Salary / appraisal & politics which is common at every company (Corporate / Industry standard)

Good opportunity for freshers to learn many thing's and to develop their skills. Will get salary in time.Also you'll get some value to your resume after working here.

Dislikes

Main drawback there is no job security even after working for years in contract base. Also they'll remove without any prior information.Have to work 7 days without any weekends. There is no proper timings. Also management will agree fastrack projects 30 to 40 days, which will increase mental and physical pressure on the employees those who work at site also impact their personal life's.

...avoritism is more which leads only select people to get good hike and promotion. Other part like salary and engagement policies are good for everyone.

Dislikes

Industry trust is nowadays favoritism and politics across most of organization. Same situation here and this leads hard worker to switch the job. They feel uncomfortable 😕.

Dislikes

disrespectful, demotivating , bad attitude , not approachable , authoritative not in the right way is the management you will get to work with . I would highly recommend not to join the company in the west region . Very bad work culture . There is absolutely zero communication between stakeholders who take decisions . If you respect yourself I would suggest not joining the company .

Mid level and low level People are amazing and they have grinder for more work.

Dislikes

There are lack of resources and this is across the departments which will make others to works more with poor quality and timelines. Have to work on all days however on papers it is 5days a week.
