There is nothing to like in this company . It's been almost 6 months when i joined this company but yet i have not received salary since april till now (4 months late).

Dislikes

1. Salary not on time 2. Designation doesn't matter in office 3. There is no difference between technical and non technical person 4. No one listens to you for any complaints 5. HR department is just for hiring and rest everything is in admin's hands 6. All i want to say Its my request please don't join 🙏

Working shedule, salary punchuality, staff coordination,coupration, site working drawing distinct, monthly meeting with client and contactors, site working speed to get the finish the project in timely

Salary cut 50%, pending salary for last 5+ months, all annual paid leaves are cancelled, all Saturdays are working, no work from home, and mostly terrifying the employees if anyone leaves before may 2021 they will cut 2 months salary. The employees who has left are not given proper documents, and for so many employees even full and final with (1+ lack Rs) are not clear and not even ready to give full and final letter.

Dislikes

The worst place were employees are treated worst than stray dogs.

...s nothing to like. Don't Join this company. Administration culture is very poor. Salary issue is very common here. If you can wait still 5-6 months then join.
