Sovtech operates on Sovtech time, this is much slower than usual, and while I have still not fully adjusted to the this new way of working, I have got a lot more free time which is a definite bonus.

There are several issues, the biggest issue I have found working at Sovtech is the lack of any company culture. This is not for a lack of trying, there has been some focus on this recently but without a more experienced team I don't see this changing anytime soon.
