I worked here 10 years. I found only one thing no growth and politics. It is not a corporate company it is a lala company. He pays more to politics.

Dislikes

Wants to loss in you career than join here. Nothing to grow here. It is on same where his father left. They have 2 hotels and a small company, it is manipulating South Indian for north India tour. They have the awards and got these with the influence of political parties. It is running in a hotel basement, in karol bagh. Always car parking issue.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
