The company is progressing in the field of Avonics and Aircraft testers, the field of my interest. They have necessary facilities ,staff,&equipments and also funds for the developments, manufacture and quality control of the avonics/testers undertaken for the Defence services. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location. Mine is a US based client and they have some office in Toronto hence I got a B1visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy.here

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
