There is no continuous Management at top level sudden changing in the management only orders and circular issuance.There is lot of higher ups to supervise us and sought us No one will come for ground work not recommended for youngsters

Salary and work structure is just like a Govt. bank. IBA scales are maintained. Also the work life balance is quite decent compared to other private sector banks. Most of the employees are quite young (below 35 years) so that is an added advantage too.

Sometime too much of regulations and rules hurt the business

Their salary structure as compare to other pvt Bank is good because they follow iba payscale but not sure for how long after the change in the administration.

Senior staff of the banks are useless they just want to sit and expect spoon feeding bank initiative taken by the head office are never been viewed seriously managers of the bank in fact assistant manager and the po just act that they are working but the reality is that they just wanna pas their time in side the bank

The salary and other benefits like medical insurance, allowances etc are very good compare to other private banks.

Dislikes

You won't be recognized for the work you do, since its commercial banking there will be too much pressure from seniors to complete the targets.
