Job security if you don't aspire to grow to greater heights. Management is not bad either but there are no solid company policies in place. They make up new policies as and when the situation arises.

Dislikes

Has no basis of calculation for salary increments and is very biased. Poor work-life balance. Even the health insurance that is mandatory to be provided by the company are being deducted from the employee salaries. There's different working hours for Men and Women.

Management is being handled by the family members. None of them are qualified to be in their positions. They don't understand professional approaches and how to run an organization.

Received unnumerable fake promises about career growth and salary growth. All the employees are underpaid. They don't even have salary slabs for different positions and they decide only based on their personal relationship with the employees.

The company as a whole in terms of employee friendly. Appraisals are not up the mark compared to the portfolios which i'm handling .My area of working is Finance & statistics, but i am deprived from handling the same.
