Actually management is not interested to run this company. Sales and Marketing dept is for name sake only. Directors mentality is like family owned business. Company will not hear employees voice. There is no employee friendly activities from the management side. HR dept is very very week and terrible. There is no any system for the works. totally vague in the individual responsibilities.

Not an company to work with as they don't know about Eaton to even 1% till my service there. They don't have ethics and not care about their employees. Its much of like an Propriety type organization.

More things are there which can't be given in written. Souriau management don't know the meaning of corporate and ethics.

This is a company with a bad reputation starting from the year 2016 in India, even though the parent company in France is a great organization. Over the period from 2015 to 2019 the company was acquired by 3 companies ( Esterline, Transdigm, Eaton) . Two Directors / CEO at the Coimbatore facility, Finance Head, Operations Head, Design Head were fired twice between 2016 and 2017 because of fraud and compliance issues. There is a long list of Senior management employees who were fired and quit by their will from the company during this period because of internal politics, corruption, compliance issues and harassment from the Plant Head and HR. The local India business has been in decline from 2016 and now the company hardly remains for inter-company outsourced manufacturing which will not survive the company for long. The future road map for the company does not offer any career growth for anyone other than the Plant head for the near future. There is a list of 12 people at senior level who were key contributor to the company who were fired on surprise notice in 2020, around 10 staff at senior roles in 2016 ... HR strategy for lay off is fearing to opt for a career in this organization. An IT manager was recruited in 2019 dec and fired in 4 months on surprise notice. Funny HR claims re-structuring, company aquisition, future road map, compliance issues etc on giving surprise meeting to force normal resignation. A branch office in Cochin was shutdown claiming corrupt operations. There are pending cases with Enforcement directorate, customs and previous Audit issues which should be transferred to the new director board each time the operations head changes. Corruption and Operational Politics are highlights to this company. Adding to it you have 6 day working week to upset your work life balance.. and much more awaiting you inside when you join. Currently this company is owned by Eaton but the internal issues never changed with any of the previous acquisitions.
