...t was urgent everytime. Wlll promise you incentives but will never provide them. They will credit your salary late so that they get the maximum done out of you and if you leave they'll not give you your money. Won't provide you any official paper for anything. Be unemployed but do not work here even the most worst person doesn't deserve to work here. These people are Cruel and the they have no shame WHATSOEVER. You'll never get to learn anything here, or if learning is not concerned it's just for Money then also you'll be reminded again and again to justify your peanut salary, no matter how many offers you give. So make sure you do justice with yourself and get out of here asap if you ever get trapped.
