Never join this company, worst management and people working here have zero experience how to run a company and they don't have enough works ,so they can blacklist and give fake reason and fire from the company anytime

No proper management, Refuse to pay your salary on time and every month either of the reasons to deduct some amount from your salary and when you question on this you will be fired from the organization with some fake reason

As a Data Analyst I got to learn a lot. The work culture in this company is good. Flexible timings and also WFH is allowed sometimes.

Dislikes

Need to work on odd Saturdays as well and if you are taking leave or WFH you need to apply on zimyo. Apart from that everything is good.

Sourcewiz is an amazing place to work. It is my first time working in an office environment. Needless to say, I was very tense on the first day. However, the moment I stepped into the office on my first day, I felt welcomed and comforted and have been ever since. I am extremely grateful to Shalini for taking the time out to explain everything to me so minutely without ever getting irked at all. Shalini has been an amazing mentor to loop me in on how things are done and for the constant guidance. I couldn't be any more grateful. Also thankful to Paricshith sir for taking the time out of his busy schedule to answer all my questions, the advice and the smooth onboarding. Sourcewiz has an amazing work culture. What I love about Sourcewiz is that I can approach anybody with any doubt at any time and everyone is equally helpful. At Sourcewiz, the learning never stops. I am surrounded by a group of extremely hardworking and talented people who are all dedicated to the company in its journey from 0-1. To top it all, it is not all work and no play in Sourcewiz. I eagerly wait for the Fun Fridays where we pick one activity each week and come together to play and have fun. From charades to dance-offs to arm wrestling - Sourcewiz makes sure that Friday is your favourite day of the week! Thank you, Sourcewiz, for helping me grow, not just in terms of work but as a person. I could not have asked for a better start to my career. :)
