just few teammates worked with... nothing else. hoped for like minded people n optimistic surroundings but saddening.

Dislikes

...agement, making decisions and judgements without considering one's capabilities. Not providing sufficient salary to employees, being capable. Providing a 2 year loyalty bonus n then judging the employees just on politics and then not giving an option but to leave, using unethical manner. Also, no career growth and no training n guidance provided to new joinees, expecting work would be done that way.

Likes

The team I worked with was too good. No job security. Weak management trying hard to hold things together. All company policies only favouring the company.

Dislikes

The senior manager and management doesn't care for its staff treat them like bonded labourers. No appreciation of good work done. No scope for growth except for the most favourite people. Too much of gossip and internal politics within staff. Also one has to come on time but there was no time that one went home. No overtime, No job security, Weak management trying to hold things together. All company policies favourable to company only. Rules bent for favourite employees.
