I have not seen anything which disturbed me or my mindset about the Sourcefuse. I got a chance to met smart and intelligent people in Sourcefuse.

Some peoples are helpful. Hybrid and WFH is the key point to work.

Dislikes

Some management and lead persons are not listen the juniors problem. Rating and review process is only for showing to employee but appraisal and promotions are not as good as you rating and review or we can say our promotions and appraisals are not depend on your ratings. Company is not properly trained to freshers.

The culture here is professionally cordial and straightforward. You get to take credit for your work and expect gratitude.

Dislikes

People here somewhat lack the motivation to start from scratch in design projects. Everything needs to be started from templates.

Salary hikes are good and except that nothing is good.

Dislikes

Internal project managers are not good they just want to finish the projects in hurry. Also they expect to work for more than 8hrs so work life balance sucks in internal projects.

We have working with them to source the profiles for IT requirements. The problem is we won't get any feedback for the profiles shared. Even HR SPOC is not responding to our calls / messages / emails... Better not to work with such companies as it is simply waste of time, Money and efforts..
