Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Their was no hierarchy, everything was in hand of owner of company, and they can fire anytime anyone, all are working in pressure, And I think if they will believe in hierarchy process they will grow their business well, and ask employees before fire, make them feel like a good company, and release pressure from employees.

Only one thing I like in company that was my team members all team members are very supportive and good by nature

There are lots of things which was I hate in SSS 1: first of all HR department , i think I have never seen such type of unprofessional , dump ,lazy and wrost HR department 2: work environment is very bad you will feel like you are in jail becoz of HR department they rule like a dictator in a company and they think they are top of the company and created environment like a school. 3: you don't get chance to learn new things 4: bad quality product, they believe in quantity not quality even they don't know about software development they work like Freshers copy and paste only. Hahahha 5: very bad culture for Freshers one more thing I observed Freshers doesn't learn anything from SSS
