Nothing as such, work culture and micro management is so bad, that employees were supportive to each other, same boat they were riding in.

...nguage and everyone is always ready to play the blame game. You're 3 mins late? Congratulations, there's gonna be a salary cut. You've medical emergency- they will say this and I quote 'kaam toh haath se karna hai, dimaag konsa lagana hai? Karo ya fir it will be marked as absent'. Imagine. Was under therapy for 5 months after I left this job, that traumatic the experience was. Pets are everywhere and shop one from your laptop or desktop, and they will come for your neck. Come on time and stay late cuz if you leave at 7(offical end time) they will target you as co-founder's day starts at 2:30 pm. You are out for lunch, you are expected to be back in 10 mins and if you don't, be ready for taunts. Just a horrible place filled with more horrible people. If you've a chance - RUN.

No job security, salary never on time. Career growth opportunities 0. No work life balance. You can get call anytime even late at night. Forced to do work which was never mentioned in the JD. No proffesionalism.

I have been working here since last 15 Years and it has been great journey so far. I started of as a Dispatch Executive and along my career journey I learned Accounting and started managing it. I get to train a lot off young talents & It also helps me be updated on the current accounting standards and compliances. Overall the senior management has been really great in terms of guidance & support
