Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Worst work culture, terrible work life balance, terrible hr policy, worst management, bad politics, PNPC level, work quality, work safety bad, put own money to company for site work, no proper rules is there every time rule is changes according to top management. Mismatch benefits with appointment letter and interview.

I disliked due to when I applied for a leave on urgent family issue the company do not give approved after several requests and i resign from my post bcz company don't understand my issue ,and then company wants from me 3 months salary to pay pay,i declined and company will take legal action notice from court.pls don't do work anyone because your problem don't understand by the company if you want any urgent leave .the policy of company is very disgusting and bad.
