Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes i have to work for 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

... many more. The atmosphere at sotc will make feel as if we are around the world. Since i was not paid i dont know much about the salary. The employees are very talented on the career they have choose. And are very sincere regarding their job and are very prompt in making money.

Max staffs at Bengaluru branch are professional and offer support when required.

...have power. This sr.gm doesn't have and knowledge related to ticketing or visas. No over time pay, have work on Sat/Sun most of the time without extra pay. Appraisal is average, that too decided by sr.gm only.. Though people say sotc/thomas cook do not pay incentives, mine is pending from 1 year now that I am out of Org. it will not be paid. For one's to get incentive individual have to handle multiple accounts, basically person should forget about his personal life. Bengaluru branch is especially worst.. cheap politics by managers Avp & Sgm..
