...chilling. This is a international organization overall 50 plus project in India. Organization policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a bond of 3 months notice period at time of resign.

Job Security is good, Salary comes in time. If fresher good to be there for a year and half and look for better opportunity. Others stay for a year and switch
