If you have the quality of ownership than you will have job security in most organization. Sopra steria is no different. Work life balance is good mostly. You can have bursts of days full of work and then the same for no work. Company culture is a subjective thing. Overall culture is good in the sense that if you're not being heard than you can approach even the CEO directly and they listen.

Dislikes

The salary increments become less as your experience grows. Promotion and other stuff is also not based on skill it's about how much time you've spent working. They don't care about your skillset. You just get assigned in random project with random skills that you have to pickup.

Likes

Good Learnings , completely dependent on Project. Compared to other Service based , this is OK.

Dislikes

...t of the project is dependent on a single Client and they are considered ad GOD. Hybrid mode is not good , Salary deduction if not gone to office. No subsidized food. Its costly. Managers are not technically strong.

Nothing much to dislike. Organisation just need to check and improve compensation and benefits further.

Overall experience was good, working for SS, the time i left the org, salary structure was less than market standerd but i would like to thanks to SS org that atleast i had a job at pandemic situation. Onshore opportunity is completely depends upon the project. ***Gift Hampers***

Onshore opportunity was the reason to join SS but unfortunately didn't get.

... But overall no jobs were lost the support was there from the manager and teams. And in such conditions also some people got pay rise which is a good sign.

Dislikes

The transparency is very very less, the straight forward talk culture is not there, everything is there on year end only , can't talk about your salary before yaar end because they have never planned that far. The planning to move towards wfh and new future management ways is still lacking or at least is not known to us.
