At the time of covid19 all companies are giving support to their employees but SopraSteria is doing cost cutting and laid off many employees.

Best in term of work culture.... Work life balance... gym facility.. people are so helpful.. extracurriculars... Party and team outing... Specially trainings..

Lots of cost cutting after merge with sopra... Salary and compunsation was good at the time of xansa and steria... Sopra make steria a lala company... sopr Only focus on IT domain very few BPO process left...

Working environment was good...supporting managers ...good place to work for mothers as they provide crache services...overall a good company

No skill development trainings...salary was average...work pressure is high sometimes i have to wrk for 12 hour shift..

...ion after that point even if you have genuine health issue and not able to come. No sick leaves, so if health challenges faced, you have to leave without pay. If so e policy changes based on your work credibility then it's a really good company. Not a pay master and pays below industry standards

Job security and basic salary benefits. Joining this organisation would be good but only for a year or two.

Almost zero learning curve. It will let you get into a comfort zone and expect a lot at the same time.
