Generally the company is very good for girls and married women. Most of the promotions in this company go to women, and generally women hold the highest positions at there.

Dislikes

it is very difficult to get promotion and salary hike in this company. I joined 2021 as a fresher at that time my package was 2.75Lac I left 2024 at that time my package was 3.50 Lac. Now new fresher's are coming on 3.10 to 3.50. For Experienced 4 to 5Lac depend on the last package.

Hardwork does not pay any appraisal. Promotions were not given based on experience or No intime promotion. No assurance of Job security. Cafeteria food will be High in cost and low in quantity 🤗

Earlier it was employee friendly. In 2023, with new policies, the work culture is becoming worse.

Dislikes

Based on du and projects and there budgets your salary will be defined. No matter how good you are at your work or how hardworking you are, if your DU does not have the budget, your salary will not increase. Even if someone is on bench but is in better DU then yours, will surely get much better appraisal then yours.
