People are good and helpful. Depends on the team you get into. Some projects have really good tech stack and lot of work. Well organised process.

Dislikes

No hike if you join after june. Projects are mainly driven by France except few local client projects. France people over dominate you, and you can feel the difference in the way they talk to their colleagues in france compared to the Indian teams. Even client behaviour seems rude sometimes.

Environment is peaceful. Talent partner HR team is so good.Hiring decision will be quick. They will release offer letter soon

...of politics. Even you are experienced they will treat you like fresher, after 9.30 pm for women employee we have to pay for cab

If you have the quality of ownership than you will have job security in most organization. Sopra steria is no different. Work life balance is good mostly. You can have bursts of days full of work and then the same for no work. Company culture is a subjective thing. Overall culture is good in the sense that if you're not being heard than you can approach even the CEO directly and they listen.

Dislikes

The salary increments become less as your experience grows. Promotion and other stuff is also not based on skill it's about how much time you've spent working. They don't care about your skillset. You just get assigned in random project with random skills that you have to pickup.

It's an employee friendly company with good recognition to employees

...ion after that point even if you have genuine health issue and not able to come. No sick leaves, so if health challenges faced, you have to leave without pay. If so e policy changes based on your work credibility then it's a really good company. Not a pay master and pays below industry standards

Job security and basic salary benefits. Joining this organisation would be good but only for a year or two.

Dislikes

Almost zero learning curve. It will let you get into a comfort zone and expect a lot at the same time.
