The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

The Freshers are given projects to be handled individually which really helps in overall development and understanding various aspects.

You won't be able to survive here if you can't tolerate favouritism. 10% deduction in salary till they retain 2 months of your salary which shall be given to you after completion of your commitment period. Expect work on weekends and holidays and long working hours. The seniors are petty and indirect taunts and comments are just a everyday part of life in the office. As mentioned before lot of responsibility is given to the juniors along with which you can also expect the same amount of blame if something goes wrong.

No job security, Hire and fire approach , they deduct 10% of your salary for two years as a retention amount and before the time of completion of retension period, start harrissing, so that the employee himself leaves the job. They don't pay back the retention amount. You have to beg for holidays too which are only 15 / year.
