Too much politics in company, uses employee salary for travel expenses give them after 2-3 months.Senior members give him too much headache other than work that's make him to leave job after 8-9 months.HR policy not good.Not giving leaves on festivals or extra compensation like other companies.

... women ..and if you complain about it to HR ..he doesn’t even reply 1. Salary was so less as compared to skill 2.Owner of company only wants money 3.They expect you to come up with your own laptop 4.they didn’t even give me company email id ….I used mail through my personal email id Please dont don’t dont join

Only positive, salary come at fix date. Still they hold 15 day of your salary.

It's is mechanical based company. Sopan never focus on Electrical and instrumentation. Actually company Hi have 0% knowledge of instruments. In instrumentation they only know cable and gland.

Salary was 7th working day at every month.

There are some non technical persons positioned at managerial post. They do not respect to Engineers /Team working at site. I think, company is good but due to poor office politics, Not proper respect to site Employees, Staffs resign/leave the job.

Higher Management is very good and understanding. Company have good monthly salary cycle. They give authority to take decisions w.r.t work and, they give good salary hike and bonus.

Dislikes

Company have no good policies and compensation. There is a bit politics in middle management.
