... growth as 80% is testing work if you are less than 3 years of work experience. - Salary growth is very very less. - No WFH options. - SARD department having almost all testing projects.

"SONY INDIA SOFTWARE CENTER" is just amazing in all the perspectives(outlook, work culture, professional behavior, onsite opportunities,. everything) had a great working experience in SONY.

If you looking for work life balance then it is good company. You will get opportunities to travel to Japan as short term, annual events are good.

Dislikes

Though it is a brand and mnc company Compensation and salary is very low compare to competitor company. Annual rating and hike rating are not open and not fair. There is some politics. Need to improve on it. Company need to improve on policy and technical development.

->There are projects which have much scope of learning; in order to get into these projects you have to keep your manager "satisfied". -> Projects related to diverse tech stack. Not limited to use of single technology.

Dislikes

-> Authoritative tone of HR managers while talking to employees and asking inappropriate questions when you ask for leave, they want to know every minute detail. -> When you report incidences of manager's misbehavior, they start to blame the employee herself and spreads gossips about her in the team to make it difficult for her to work.
