There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new job

Too much responsibility to one person & work delegations was not good, some people had more work & overloaded from work & some people have less work.

Sonata is number 1 company but there are some employees who do not want to allow juniors to rise, the reason for this is education.
