It's a Good company to work with some week points. Work life balance is good but career growth and salary are too low in compared standard organization. Good thing is here you will get 8 hours of working unless there is an emergency. Most of the plant in Nepal have 12 hours duty. Salary is never on time but every month you will get salary.

Dislikes

Salary, politics, Growth. Accommodation till the time I worked here was not as per standard (Rooms were very good but in 10 by 10 one RK there were 3 beds).

Likes

Good opportunity to learn, Small team but cooperative team. Work life balance is nice. Cities are less costly so cost of living is Little less as compared to most Indian cities.

Dislikes

Salary and yearly salary growth. There is no grading system and salary increment may be as less as 200 INR. I think grading system must be there and there should be defined range in percentage for increment.

Senior is very helping naturally in working fields.

Dislikes

I don't like here's management mostly accounting sessions, we got salary of one months after two months, and no pay leave provided by company to any employees.
