Total organization is dependent on ZH level employee. This organization, every employee is not maintained work life balance, there is no cut of time to work, too much traveling, no career growth, no salary growth.

Good work environment and Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good appraisals are good and they give good salary hike and incentive every quarter.
