There is a lot of politics and and management is slightly not transparent. There is no any focus on training for employee, not for new joinee also.

Worst work culture ever Worst & too much delay in appraisal, only 4-6% Too much paper work like working in 1990s Always Hiring, It means always firing Visionless company & Proper Lala culture HR, IT & purchase are the 3 worst department in the company. Old employees can't tolerate the new joinee employee
