Company mein only 1 month kaam kiya tha....... Magar inn logo ne salary dene mein itna samaya laga diya meri salary inn logo ne ab jakar diya hai july ke last mein........isliye mujhe yaha koi system sahi nahi laga

I have worked with Sona Machinery for 7-8 years, and my experience was very good. I learned many skills from the company. My work environment was also pleasant. Even now, if I get the opportunity to work, Sona would still be my first choice.

There is nothing like that but I must give one suggestion to sona that is to give opportunity to employees to learn new thing for that company can provide courses after working hours.. & also it can be payable for them not too much.that will help to employee to get kick new things.they can learn the skills in which they are facing issues while working.

Job security depends on the performance, working culture like a factory employee, management is good, company policies are ingenuity for employees, management gets personal sometimes.
