All the junior and colleagues behaviour are friendly. Cafeteria environment and food quality is good

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.Sometimes I have to 10 to 12 hours straight in a day.Manager do not value and individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestionson most of the times. There is no job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

Very good culture employee, Learning skills is very nice for learner. Payment is also good and timing for employees and vendor. Any one want to proud him-self to work in company.

Employee Salery is low than other company compression.
