Compensation is decent but work pressure is very high . I have to work 17 hours straight and standing in a day and production 100 percentage.

One of the well growing company in EV Sector. Employee benefits was good. Salary getting as expected. Training and development options available to enhance our skill.

Dislikes

Except Manufacturing System Engineering department all other departments working peacefully. Since it is a machine development department getting anonymous pressure. Always late exit and week off working.

Good woking environment but working is very hard. Working hard according not good salary. But very good modern machine available

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job trading is not given to new joinees
