Head anitha and lead premaltha is not good at all. They don't know what is training. They are not even a soft skills trainer. They do not know the topics of soft skills but they stay here for Long time and management wants this people to do the responsibility. So don't join here as trainer and there is a lot of politics I have seen in this college. Especially premalatha is not good at all.

This Sona college opportunity is useful for good work environment and culture.There is a huge cafeteria and sports arcade for chilling and like freedom, Compensation, benefits and Government Holidays

The professors are allotted with more data entry rather than teaching. There is no support for doing PhD (on duty, tution fee etc.) But they will ask bond. There is no PF scheme to all. Only money minded now a days
